National Cheese Competition
18th National Cheese Competition which will be arranged on 22nd January 2020. The sensory quality of natural and processed cheeses of Czech producers will be evaluated by public commissions. The accompanying program will include professional lectures, cheese exhibition and presentation of companies supplying instrumentation for cheese analysis or processing aids.
